Rev. Dr. Larry Ross

The Rev. Dr. Larry Ross is a native of Michigan, graduated from High School near Ft. Wayne, Indiana, and discovered the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) while attending Culver Stockton College in Canton, Missouri. Seminary brought him to Dallas, Tx where he earned both a Masters of Theology and a Doctor of Ministry degree. He served churches in Hamilton, Illinois, Dallas. Texas, and Traverse City, Michigan before becoming the Area Minister of the North Texas Area of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). After his retirement, he served as Interim Senior Minister of churches in Lewisville, Dallas, and Garland, Tx, and as Interim Co-Regional Minister of the Christian Church in Kansas.

Larry is married to Judy and is the proud father of three and grandfather of seven. His hobbies include golf, bowling, travel, and computers. One fun fact: his doctoral dissertation was on The Lord of the Rings!
